Shipping & Delivery

Do you charge for shipping?
Never. We offer free shipping on every single order, no matter the size or value.
When will my order arrive?
Your order will reach you within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. We’re fast — and worth the wait.
My order is delayed. What should I do?
Hang tight — sometimes there’s a hiccup. If your order can’t be shipped within the promised window, we’ll let you know proactively.
What if I’m not available to receive my order?
Our courier partner will try again. If both attempts fail, the product returns to us. For prepaid orders, a store credit refund will be processed.
Can I get my order delivered faster?
We don’t currently offer express delivery — but we’re working on it! Once available for your area, you'll hear from us.
Do you deliver internationally?
At the moment, MexicoJeans ships only within India.

Exchange Policy

Can I exchange my product if the size or fit isn’t right?
Absolutely. We want you to love your fit. One free exchange per order within 7 days of delivery. Product must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
What if I need to exchange again for the same order?
Additional exchanges are allowed at just ₹99 per request.
What if the exchanged product is more or less expensive?
If the new item is costlier, we’ll send a secure payment link. If it’s cheaper, we’ll credit the balance as store credit.
What can make my exchange request get rejected?
We won’t approve if tags are missing, product looks used, or accessories are missing.
What if I miss my return pickup?
We’ll try again the next day. If it fails twice, the request will be cancelled.

Damaged Product? We’ve Got You

I received a damaged item. What now?
We’re truly sorry. If it happens — we’ll make it right. Email us at support@mexicojeans.com within 48 hours, or use the Contact Us form. Include:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • Preferably a short video during unboxing
If verified and it's our fault, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit.

Tamper-Proof Tag Policy

Can I remove the tag to try on?
You can try the product on — just don’t remove the tag unless you’re keeping it. If the tag is removed, no exchange/return will be allowed.

Payments & Refunds

What payment options do you offer?
UPI, wallets (GPay, Paytm, PhonePe), debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Do you refund money?
We don’t offer direct refunds. Store credit is issued instead, valid for your next purchase.

Is shopping on mexicojeans.com safe?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted. We never share your personal info.
I forgot my password. Help!
Click “Forgot Password” on login. We’ll send a reset link to your registered email.
Can I update my details?
Yes! Go to My Account and update your name, contact info, or address anytime.

Missing Items or Other Issues

I didn’t receive part of my order.
